Lightly effervescent, this wine is made of Moscato Bianco grapes from the hills of Monferrato in Piedmont. Intense bouquet of peaches and sweet hints of citrus fruits.

Aromatics ignite the senses with mineral notes of soapstone and flint. Ripe stone-fruit, apple blossoms, lemon zest and toasted coconut greet the palate and dissolve to rich caramelized sugar, baking spices and a touch of smoke.

Crimson colored wine with an aroma that has a crisp fragrance of cherry and notes of plum. Arid, supple palate with harmonious taste and apple tannins.

Braised Osso Bucco

Deep garnet in color with a well pronounced spice, dried flowers, plum and jam aromas. Full-bodied and dry palate with elegant notes of berry, herb, and cedar spice.
