Tuna Crudo   

Pickled vegetables, arugula, lemon thyme aioli, parsley oi 

Conundrum White l California  

Green apple, tangerine zest and honeysuckle aromas. Core flavors of apricot, melon, pear and light vanilla balanced by the bright acidity of citrus fruits. Lush, creamy mouthfeel. Powerful finish with tropical notes.  

Seared Scallops 

Carrot purée, pear purée, fried shallot, chili oil.   

Mer Soliel Chardonnay l Santa Lucia Highlands, California  

Baked croissant, apricot, citrus and honeysuckle on the nose. Round and creamy palate with notes of lemon squares and natural acidity.  

Chicken Roulade  

Roasted peppers, artichoke, asparagus, fontina, potato purée, balsamic glaze, citrus beurre blanc.  

Sea Sun Pinot Noir l California  

Notes of cherry, light toasted wood, dry earth. Palate echoes cherry from the nose, with raspberry on the finish.     

NY Strip Steak 

Duchess potato, cabernet demi-glace.   

Cabernet 50th Anniversary l Napa Valley, CA  

Nose of French oak barrel and cassis-like tones of ripeness, saddle, leather and espresso. Palate is full, rich with abundant soft tannins and a hint of rustic grittiness.  

Profiteroles   

Pâte à Choux, Cognac Bavarian cream.

The Walking Fool l Suisun Valley, CA, 

Scents of sweet leather, cigar box, a hint of thyme, potpourri, rustic wood and notes of cherry and blueberry. Palate of cherry, plum, liqueur filled chocolates, and fresh baked bread. Grippy roundness and  smooth tannins follow in the wine’s finish with notes of chocolate and liqueur.
