G.D. Vajra Vineyards Wine Dinner
Wednesday, February 8th
7:00 PM
Featuring Special Guest & Owner, Giuseppe Vajra
The Vajra family first began planting grapes in 1880 in Piedmont and was the first vineyard to acquire an organic certification in the region in 1971. The vineyard is still a family-owned, independent winery where all of the fruit is estate-grown, hand-picked, and triple-sorted by hand. The care this family gives to their grapes, along with the high elevation, helps produce wine that expresses finesse and remarkable complexity.
