Enjoy a menu that celebrates local and seasonal ingredients served at the peak of freshness. This meal will not only stimulate your appetite, but support local harvest and community farms. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to City Green, a non-profit organization in Clifton, NJ that is dedicated to facilitating the establishment of urban farms and gardens in northern New Jersey’s cities to create increased access to healthy, local food while cultivating education in food systems, nutrition and the environment.
Peach Crudo
Red beets, watermelon radish, basil vinaigrette
Bedell First Crush White Blend
Crisp and light, this white offers light apple and herbal flavors, with lively acidity and a short, clean finish. A refreshing aperitif.
Baby Arugula & Pecans
Shaved Gouda, red onion, golden raisins, spiced Cabernet vinaigrette
Barrel Head Cellars Chardonnay
Fragrant with depth, balance and complexity. The wine undergoes a temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats, after which 20% of the wine goes on to maturation in French oak barrels. The result is a lightly oaked Chardonnay with a core of crisp, clean fruit.
Montauk Scallops
Braised radicchio, cauliflower purée, olive tapenade
Wölffer Estate Rosé
Ripe fresh fruit aromas with hints of chalk and creamy lees notes fill the glass. Full with great lush fruit such as cantaloupe and apricots. Refreshing finish that is wonderfully clean and pure.
Cider-Brined Pork Loin
Caramelized sunchokes, oyster mushrooms, gremolata
Elouan Pinot Noir
Flavors of cherry, blackberry, boysenberry and smoked bacon. The balance is excellent, with solid structure, superb depth and concentration, rich tannins and a nice smoky, earthy finish.
Pear & Cranberry Crumble
Vanilla gelato, caramel, orange zest
A to Z Bubbles Sparkling Rosé
Notes of strawberry, raspberry, watermelon, cherry, white peach, nectarine and apricot are joined by white flowers and a hint of creaminess. The bubbles dance on the tongue with mouth-watering acidity.
