Intense purple in color, the bouquet is fruity with light spicy notes.On the palate, hints of currant, violet, and cherry with atouch of vanilla and a long persistent finish.

Filet mignon, arugula, Pecorino Tartufo, tunata sauce, shaved black truffle, truffle oil

Ruby red in color with orange reflections. An intense bouquet,with notes of rose, leather and tobacco. The palate is ample, with prevailing impressions of a soft, persistent long finish.
BRAISED WILD BOAR
Polenta, frizzled onion
Barolo Cannubi
Garnet ruby red in color with orange reflections. Pronounced fruitynotes of cherry and plum and notes of tobacco, liquorice and cocoa. Pleasantly dry with soft tannins, broad and full-bodied.
CHOCOLATE CAKE
Dark chocolate, raspberry sauce
Barolo Chinato
Red garnet hue with orange reflections and aromatic herbs. Fresh, sweet and structured with a slightly bitter finish.
