Burgundy Wine Dinner
Thursday, September 17th
The French wine region of Burgundy is located in the east central part of France and primarily focuses on two grapes – Pinot Noir (Red Burgundy) and Chardonnay (White Burgundy). Pinot Noir is notorious for being difficult to cultivate, but the Burgundy region has more success with this grape than any other wine region in the world. Chardonnay reaches its height in Burgundy, where it makes complex, masterful wines that can age for decades.
