Brooklyn Brewery personifies the kind of creative style and local spirit that inspires our culinary vision. With those principles, Chef Ryan Keough teamed up with Brooklyn Brewery to create an exciting menu that pairs perfectly with Brooklyn’s year-round and special-release beers.

Light-bodied golden beer with a fresh bready flavor, a crispy bitterness and a citrus, floral aroma.

Brewed with Belgian dark sugar and raw wildflower honey, this Belgian-inspired dark abbey ale has hints of spice, dark fruit and caramel.

Brooklyn Sorachi Ace
A crisp, dry golden farmhouse ale driven by Sorachi Ace hops, resulting in a bright, spicy lemongrass aroma.
BBQ BRAISED PORK BELLY
Crispy Brussels sprouts, pickled cucumber and watermelon slaw

A Belgian-inspired, strong golden ale with aromas of clove. Starts sweet and fruity and finishes dry with a pepper spice.
