Complex aromas ranging from floral to fruity with hints of walnuts and spices. Smooth and persistent on the palate, with evident perception of tropical fruits.

Friuli Colli Orientali Sauvignon
Well-balanced aroma of sage and fresh peppers. Dry, with notes of white peaches on the palate that linger.
Grilled Long Island Duck Breast

Friuli Colli Orientali Refosco
Ruby red wine with fruity aromas with scents of brambles and cornels. Robust, slightly tannic and wonderfully round in the mouth.
Tarragon, fiddlehead fern, morels, red pearl onions, refosco jus
Friuli Colli Orientali Refosco/Merlot Blend
Refosco is a native grape to North Eastern Italy that exhibits bright cherries and blackberries. Mixed with the softness of Merlot, this wine showcases firm tannins, and a mix of dark fruit and strawberries with a hint of smokiness.

Hand-harvested grapes produce an incredibly aromatic sparkling wine that shows both body and elegance. Rounded apple and bright peach blossoms are finished by delicate bubbles on the palate.
