Enjoy a menu that celebrates local and seasonal ingredients served at the peak of freshness. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Island Harvest, a leading hunger-relief organization that provides food and other resources to people in need. Always treating those it helps with dignity and respect, its goal is to end hunger and reduce food waste on Long Island through efficient food collection and distribution, enhanced hunger-awareness and nutrition-education programs, job training and direct services targeted at children, senior citizens, veterans and others at risk of food insecurity.
Roasted Butternut Squash Bruschetta

Pale straw in color. Leads off with a rich bouquet of apple-butter, honeysuckle, lime blossom and notes of lemon candy. Closely followed by a full mouth of Golden Delicious apple, citrus and pear flavors. Hints of lemon and lime compliment the long toasted butter finish.

Dark red, almost black in color. Aromas of cassis, prunes, red cherry and toasted sandalwood. The mouth-feel is full, but not heavy, with cherry, blueberry and ripe plum flavors. The finish is elegant and long with lovely toasted oak notes and dark chocolate.
