Chappellet Wine Dinner
Thursday, November 15
Chappellet wines are crafted to embody the terroir and intensity of fruit that has made Pritchard Hill famous. Each is a personal reflection of the Chappellet family’s commitment to expressing the unique qualities of vineyard and varietal in their wines. Winemaker Phillip Corallo-Titus, who has been guiding Chappellet’s winemaking program since 1990, ferments and ages individual lots from Chappellet’s diverse vineyard blocks to maintain the distinctive character of each utilizing an array of maceration and fermentation practices and aging in the finest barrels from elite coopers and forests to add depth and complexity.
